The 4-star Sebel Hotel is a sister project to the adjacent Quays Apartments. The hotel has 144 suites with harbour side restaurants on the ground floor. Since opening, it has consistently traded above projections and has become one of the most successful hotels in the city. The redevelopment in 1998-2000 of the industrial site into the Sebel Hotel and Quays Apartments established an important milestone for the later regeneration of the Viaduct harbour precinct. The prestigious Quays Apartments offer 64 luxury apartments.
