In 2015 DASL provided detailed development and financial advice to the Treasury on the proposed transfer of 2,800 Housing New Zealand houses to the Tamaki Regeneration Company. Working in conjunction with PWC, DASL were ideally suited to provide the strategic development advice to inform the financial modeling. This was due to the extensive in house experience of development in New Zealand and overseas, particularly in mixed use, urban regeneration projects in the UK. This combined with DASL’s existing work for both HNZ and TRC in Tamaki ensured the necessary foundations were laid for the transfer of over $1.5 billion worth of assets.
