Graham brings a Civil Engineering background with broad experience in assisting property development. More recently he has been active in setting up collaborative contracts, coaching construction and design teams and providing strategic advice to a range of government and private organisations.

His experience includes secondment to the Prime Minister, Robert Muldoon’s “Think Tank”, acting as a Planning Commissioner, chairing the PCG for the Christchurch earthquake housing recovery and chairing the Alliance installing broadband in Christchurch.
