Overlea

Glen Innes / RESIDENTIAL / 3 HECTARES / $110m / 140 houses / 2014 - ongoing

Alongside Fenchurch the Overlea Project was identified as one of the early housing projects as part of the Tamaki Regeneration. Consisting of three stages of residential development over 3 hectares of HNZ owned (now TRC) land the project will see the construction of 140 new mixed tenure houses.

DASL were appointed as the development managers of the project in June 2014 and led the master planning, design and consenting of the multi stage project. As of March 2016 the masterplan and all three stages had obtained resource consent, civil construction works were underway on the first two stages.
