DASL provided design and development advisory services to Life Care Residences (LCR) across a 1.24 ha north London site comprising an underground reservoir structure and private open space. Working up a team of London based consultants our proposal sought to deliver a newly designed scheme comprising 98 apartments and 28 nursing care beds across the existing subterranean structure, ground floor and three upper levels. Our scheme improved the gross development value by 45% over the value of the client’s existing scheme.

DASL undertook a significant amount of work that included extensive research, identification of a unique design concept, consultant selection, preliminary design, planning assessment and programme.
