Clayden Rise is located in the northern growth area of Warkworth.  This project comprises 60 hectares of land identified to accommodate the future growth and development of Warkworth.

The land is currently zoned future urban, and the team is in the process of seeking residential zoning for the site via a Private Plan Change and then subsequently seeking resource consents for the development of over 700 lots. 

The development is advantageously located to take advantage of significant infrastructure investment in the Warkworth area including the Puhoi-Warkworth motorway extension and the Matakana Link Road.  These infrastructure projects increase the desirability of Warkworth for families and provide improved access to Matakana, Leigh and Omaha and the Tawharanui Regional Park.
